But how to create a rich and detailed artwork within the comforts of your own home sewing studio?
In this blog series, we are going to create beautifully detailed artwork tutorials & patterns, which are fun & most importantly easy to make! We’re going to make sure we use materials that are easy to come by and that won’t break the bank. And the best part, the tutorials & patterns will be available in our Free downloads section! Yay!
Starting off with the series, we bring you the Felt Flower Artwork! We used our Crew Sweater as a base, but the artwork also fits other sweaters, cardigans & tees. You can even apply it to a ready made or store bought garment, but keep in mind that attaching the small felt parts might get a bit challenging!
The pattern comes in two base sizes from which you can easily up scale up or down scale, using Adobe Acrobat. All you need is a printer, a few colors of (wool) felt, scissors, pins & a sewing machine!
