Reversible Baby Booties

Don’t you think these shoes make for an adorable baby shower gift?
Some of you might recognize this pattern from my old blog - it’s one of the first patterns I ever designed! While working on the new web shop and blog, we decided this pattern was just to great to leave behind. So we upgraded the pattern & restyled the tutorial and new it’s ready for the next round on the new Misusu Patterns blog!

When designing the pattern, I tried to find a balance between the difficulty of the pattern and the look of the shoe. I didn’t quite succeed in designing something very easy, but even after all those years, I’m still very pleased with the outcome!

The shoes are reversible - this means you get to combine different fabrics for the inside ànd the outside, yay! And since you’ll be using very small pattern pieces, you can use up any left over fabric you have lying around. So go tell your partner it totally made sense to keep all those left over materials lying around the house…..;)

You can download the pattern here. Don’t forget to show off your work on our Sew & Tell Facebook page! Good luck & happy sewing!
